Sixteen candidate start-up firms founded by college graduates in a wide range of fields such as big data, environmental protection, intelligent manufacturing and agriculture were selected into the special program.

She emphasized that county-level bureaus of science and technology should provide full-scale services to start-up firms in those fields, supervise the flow of capital among them, sum up experience in the follow-up managerial process, and make preparations for the implementation of the special program in the future.

Those attending the meeting included representatives of 16 technological start-up firms, officials from the bureaus of science and technology in the districts or counties of Nanming, the High Technological Zone, Guanshanhu and Huaxi, and staff workers of Guiyang University's Technological Zone as well as two functional departments of the Guiyang Bureau of Science and Technology.
