Director Jiang Fangju of the Guiyang bureau of science and technology led a team to Changsha – capital of Central China's Hunan province – for investigative studies. The purpose was to learn from Changsha's advanced experiences in the construction of a university science and technology city, the construction of a university science and technology park, and the practical application of scientific and technological achievements.
Under the careful arrangement of the Changsha bureau of science and technology, the study team visited Central South University, Yuelushan National University Science and Technology Park, Hunan University National University Science and Technology Park, and Yuelushan University Science and Technology City.
On April 21, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on the practical application of scientific and technological achievements, school-government cooperation, innovation and entrepreneurship incubation, and the cultivation of scientific and technological enterprises.
They also jointly studied cooperation between Guiyang and Central South University in scientific and technological innovation.
On April 22, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the construction of the University Science Park. In response to the specific situation and existing difficulties and problems in Guiyang, the Changsha bureau responded and provided detailed answers.
That same day, the team also visited key projects such as the China Construction Wisdom Valley.
Moving forward, the Guiyang bureau will continue to deepen cooperation and promote the high-quality development of Guiyang and Guian's scientific and technological innovation.
