Guiyang bureau hosts training for Big Data Expo 2024 technology achievements

The Guiyang bureau of science and technology hosted the 2024 Leading Technology Achievements Applying Training Session for the Big Data Expo 2024 in both Beijing and Guiyang on June 14.

Over 200 companies and research institutions, including Huawei Cloud, Pinduoduo, and Xiaomi, participated both online and onsite.

Liu Yunjie, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, delivered a video address. As an expert reviewer for the Leading Technology Achievements of Big Data Expo 2023, he expressed his hope that more technology enterprises, universities, and research institutions from home and abroad will actively participate in the Leading Technology Achievements Collection activities of the Big Data Expo to jointly promote the prosperity and development of the big data industry.

Relevant officials from the Guiyang bureau of science and technology provided an overview of the 2024 Data Expo achievements and invited attendees to participate in the 2024 Data Expo.

During the training session, Jiang Haojie, director of the Exhibition Department of the China Internet Association, summarized common issues encountered while applying for leading technology achievements over the past few years. Relevant officials from the Guiyang bureau of science and technology also explained how to use the leading technology achievements application system and conducted an interactive Q&A session.

The Leading Technology Achievements Collection of Big Data Expo 2024 began on May 27 and will conclude on July 2. The leading technology achievements selected by the expert review committee will be showcased during the expo.
