Guiyang helps supply-demand matching of sci-tech achievements

The Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone Sci-tech Achievement Transformation Series (Advanced Equipment Manufacturing Industry Session) was held on July 12.

The event aimed to provide necessary technological support and talent assurance for enterprises, aiding in their high-quality development.

During the event, various research teams from the Mechanical Engineering School of Guizhou University showcased their expertise in areas such as anti-corrosion and wear-resistant coating design and preparation, smart installation tools, laser manufacturing technology and equipment, among others. They presented their technologies, applications, intellectual property, and prospects for commercialization.

In the interactive phase, participating enterprises engaged in deep discussions on topics such as the maturity of 3D technology processes, data-driven development of processing technologies and standards, the promotion of collaborative talent training between universities and enterprises, and co-research and sharing of specific experimental facilities and equipment. These discussions laid a solid foundation for deepening cooperation between academia and industry.

The event promoted the integration of production, education, and research, facilitating practical cooperation between universities and enterprises in areas such as the commercialization of sci-tech achievements, talent development, and platform construction. It also helped to balance out the supply and demand sides of sci-tech achievements.
