Expert helps Guiyang in championing innovation

Hu Changyu embodies the principles of technology, innovation, and enterprise. As assistant general manager and director of the Research Institute at Guiyang Yongqing Intelligent Control Technology Co and a deputy to the 15th Guiyang Municipal People's Congress, he drives industry progress and fosters new quality productive forces.

Hu has managed research initiatives in Guiyang and Shenzhen, using Shenzhen's industrial clusters to advance high-end technological innovation. "We focus on recruiting top talent to enhance our innovation capabilities," he explained.

As the head of the company's research institute and national-level postdoctoral workstation, Hu spearheaded hydraulic control and intelligent construction R&D, aiming to achieve breakthroughs in smart, green solutions.

Elected deputy in 2022, Hu saw his role as both an honor and a responsibility. He has actively participated in field surveys and submitted proposals to promote industry-academia collaboration and high-quality development.

As one of the technical leaders of Guiyang Yongqing, Hu has long promoted the intelligent and green upgrade and transformation of non-road machinery electronic control systems. The controllers involved in the development have the same energy consumption and operation efficiency as foreign competitors.
