Guiyang and Gui'an governance enter AI era

Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area held a news conference on deploying DeepSeek, announcing that they will promote efficient urban governance through artificial intelligence (AI).

Since its construction, the Guiyang Urban Operations Management Center has strongly supported the municipal Party committee and the government in formulating policies and making scientific decisions through data collection and intelligent analysis. At present, the intelligent question-answering system under construction is taking shape. By integrating with the DeepSeek big model, it has annotated document materials from Guiyang and over 1,000 data tables in the user database since 2018, forming a comprehensive knowledge base.

Guiyang and Gui'an will integrate DeepSeek with the 12345 hotline system and import high-frequency knowledge points such as social security, medical insurance, and housing provident fund into the DeepSeek big model training. The public's demands will be converted into text and the content will be automatically generated and assigned to relevant responsible units, improving the hotline's efficiency.

The Guiyang bureau of health and China Mobile's industrial research institute have completed construction of an emergency response system in the DeepSeek medical scenario exploration. The system will guide users to take correct emergency measures and prompt visiting doctors to bring the corresponding equipment, providing timely treatment.

Guiyang and Gui'an will explore more application scenarios, enhance computing power supply capacity, strengthen model training, and optimize model applications. They will continue to expand DeepSeek's application in government governance to promote the improvement and efficiency of government services.
