Guiyang high-tech zone to integrate sci-tech & industrial innovation

The launch ceremony of the 2nd Guizhou Science City Sci-Tech Innovation and "Four Cities" Linkage Exchange Week, as well as the "Four Cities" Sci-Tech Achievement Supply and Demand Service Exchange Activity, were held on April 8 at the Guizhou Science City International Conference Center.

The "four cities", namely Guizhou Science City, Guiyang Big Data Sci-tech Innovation City, Huaxi University Town and Qingzhen Vocational Education City in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, boast advantages in terms of talent reserves and technological development.

The event attracted 300 representatives from the technical management industry and heads of professional institutions in Guizhou province.

The Guiyang bureau of science and technology and Guiyang's sci-tech enterprises unveiled new products and outlined key investment priorities, strengthening the integration of technology, industry, and finance and providing strong support for enterprise-driven technological innovation.

After the Guizhou Provincial Government approved plans to expand the planned area of Guizhou Science City from 0.12 sq km to 20.64 sq km in September last year, Guizhou Science City has become an important platform for sci-tech innovation in the province.

At the event, Guizhou Science City signed contracts with Guizhou Talent Market and five technology transfer institutions to create a better ecosystem for sci-tech transfer services.

Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone will promote the deep integration of sci-tech innovation and industrial innovation, while also building the Sci-Tech Innovation Exchange Week into an important platform for the commercialization of sci-tech innovation achievements, injecting momentum into the coordinated development of the "four cities".
