The "Guanghe Zuoyong" enterprise full-lifecycle service platform was launched on April 22 at the Optics Valley Intelligent Computing Industrial Park in Gui'an New Area, Southwest China's Guizhou province.

Developed by Gui'an Development Group and China Electronics Optics Valley (CEOV), the platform integrates resources to provide comprehensive lifecycle support for Gui'an enterprises, fostering the development of the regional digital economy ecosystem.

The platform is a localized, full-chain service system relying on over 20 years of CEOV's experience operating more than 100 industrial parks across 50 cities nationwide. It aims to offer enterprises in Gui'an support across their entire lifecycle, including investment promotion, technology R&D, cross-industry cooperation, talent recruitment, and university-enterprise partnerships.

As a core hub for Gui'an's digital economy, the Optics Valley Intelligent Computing Industrial Park focuses on cutting-edge fields such as computing power, robotics, and big data applications.

The industrial park has attracted nine high-quality enterprises, with dozens more in the pipeline. Initial clusters in robotics, computing software services, and computing hardware are already taking shape.

The platform will connect with CEOV's nationwide industrial resources and build on Gui'an's strengths in computing infrastructure, accelerating industrial resource integration to support AI large-scale model training and robotics R&D.

A university-enterprise collaboration promotion event was also held on the same day via the platform, drawing participation from over 10 provincial universities.
