Guiyang enterprises receive China Patent Award

Power China Guiyang Engineering Co and Vontron Technology Co of Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone were awarded the China Patent Excellent Award by the China National Intellectual Property on June 5.

The China Patent Award is the highest honor in the field of Chinese patents and the only national-level award in China that specifically rewards inventions and creations granted patent rights. It is recognized by the United Nations World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and serves as an authoritative certification of an enterprise's innovation capabilities.

Power China Guiyang Engineering Co was awarded for its positioning device and method for the eccentric shaft of a fixed wheel on a plane gate, which proposes bidirectional positioning, bidirectional fixation, and annular porous oil replenishment technology, with strong operability and high installation accuracy.

Vontron Technology Co's patent, a high-throughput reverse osmosis membrane and its preparation method and application, solves the problem of synchronously improving the permeability selectivity of reverse osmosis membrane materials. It has been transformed into 13 products, which are exported to 55 countries and regions overseas.

The number of patent authorizations in Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone has reached 17,199, the number of registered trademarks has reached 7,556, and high-value patents have reached 2,667. The zone has won 17 China Patent Awards, 22 Guizhou Provincial Patent Awards, and 10 provincial high-value core patent projects.
