At Guizhou PIX Moving Intelligent Technology Co's digital manufacturing factory, unmanned minibuses are being produced using integrated 3D printing technology based on the company's RTM (real-time molding) model technology.

This technology uses two robotic arms to squeeze and bend the metal plate on both sides, directly producing the vehicle shell, eliminating steps such as traditional stamping, mold design, and processing.
"This process eliminates the need for mold production, thereby saving a lot of costs and achieving the desired molding effect," said Zhang Xinsong, the company's production administrator.

Driven by artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms, RTM is a new industrial software system independently developed by PIX Moving. It can make the first-piece production cycle 1,600 times faster than traditional stamping and the iteration cycle four times faster, greatly reducing equipment and mold costs. With the support of new technology, production efficiency has increased by over 70 percent.
PIX Moving's products have already been delivered to over 30 countries worldwide, including Spain, the United States, and South Korea, with thousands of "city robots" and autonomous driving chassis sold.
