Sci-tech innovation drives Guizhou's high-quality development

In recent years, Guizhou province has optimized the allocation of innovation resources, promoted the aggregation of various innovative elements within enterprises, and enhanced the vitality and capacity of enterprise scientific and technological innovation, helping businesses become the driving force in accelerating the development of new quality productive forces.

On Oct 28, PIX Moving's digital manufacturing factory in Huzhou, Zhejiang province, officially began operations. This marks the company's third intelligent manufacturing facility worldwide and represents a significant step in implementing its strategic plan to expand from "Guiyang R&D" to "global manufacturing".

Founded in 2017, PIX Moving is a pioneer in the global urban robotics field. To date, its core products have been exported to 30 countries and regions.

In 2023, Guizhou Xingli New Energy Technology Co built a new production line with an annual output of 5,000 metric tons of electrolyte, accelerating the company's development.

At the end of October this year, the finished lithium battery electrolyte products were distributed nationwide.

Since settling in Gui'an New Area late last year, VMR Technology Co has achieved full-scale production on four intelligent lines, with the first robot going offline in just three months.

To date, the company has produced over 1,000 latent robots with a cumulative industrial output value of 40 million yuan ($5.62 million). These products are widely used in industries such as photovoltaics, automobiles, and packaging.

Guizhou will continue to implement the enterprise R&D support plan, improve the hierarchical cultivation mechanism for technology-based enterprises, encourage enterprises to transform achievements, and empower them to take a leading role in Guizhou's scientific and technological innovation.
