The conference focused on the development of the "Guiyang Sour Soup" brand, with participants discussing the research and development of new sour soup products, market operation, food safety control, and cross-regional brand promotion.
A representative of the Guiyang Sour Soup Association said that they will serve as a bridge between sour soup enterprises and research institutions, promoting the high-quality development of the city's sour soup industry.

Sour soup, as a unique Guizhou-style seasoning, has struck a chord with its distinct flavor and health attributes. The "Sour Soup+" series of specialty foods and catering formats have become an important driver of the development of local characteristic industries.
The Guiyang Sour Soup Association was established in October this year and has now gathered more than 30 member units in the upstream and downstream industries. Since the beginning of this year, Guiyang and Gui'an have focused on promoting the development of the sour soup industry and improving its innovation capabilities, making new achievements in the development of new sour soup products.
