VMR in Gui'an advances technological innovation

VMR Technology Co (VMR) settled in the Gui'an New Area Optics Valley Union Intelligent Computing Industrial Park in December 2024, with four production lines fully operational within three months.

At the beginning of 2026, VMR's self-developed subterranean transport robots, equipped with 3D visual sensors, passed performance tests and were shipped to multiple clients.

VMR owns its core technology. Unlike the common navigation solutions that rely on lidar or ground QR codes, it has developed the LX-MRDVS mobile robot deep-vision system. This allows robots to use 3D vision to detect and avoid obstacles, ensuring operational safety.

The company continues to set benchmarks in the field of system integration. Its self-developed "VMR dispatch system" supports collaboration among more than 500 robots, and its low-code engine enables adaptation to diverse customer needs.

With the support from government services and Kunpeng Fund, Gui'an has helped VMR complete site renovations, equipment commissioning, and production launch. Since its settlement in Gui'an in 2024, VMR has produced over 2,000 subterranean robots, achieving an output value of over 60 million yuan ($8.63 million) in 2025. Its products serve industries, such as new energy and automobile manufacturing, and have been exported overseas.
