The Guiyang Science and Technology Service Platform, established by the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, officially began operations on May 29. Designed to address challenges such as mismatches between technology supply and demand, inadequate pilot testing support, and fragmented service resources, the platform aims to bridge the gap between scientific research achievements and industrial applications.

The platform adopts a dual mode of public welfare and market-oriented operations, providing an integrated service system encompassing diagnostics, matchmaking, pilot testing, and incubation. With the participation of 23 professional institutions, it offers comprehensive services including technology transactions, intellectual property, legal affairs, and fiscal and tax consulting. Additionally, it provides 50 specialized services covering the entire enterprise innovation process.
By integrating innovation, talent, industry, and finance, the platform consolidates sci-tech resources, nurtures technology managers, and establishes financing channels connecting governments, enterprises, and banks. This approach helps reduce the time and communication costs for enterprises engaging with third-party services.
The platform effectively matches enterprises with precise technological needs, minimizing the effort and time required to identify high-quality service providers.
