The self-developed AI-powered air-conditioning system, developed by Guizhou-based Huitong Huacheng Co, has been put into operation in two benchmark scenarios: computing power parks and government office buildings.

The system helps save 658,000 yuan ($97,120 ) in electricity annually. It replaces manual management with AI regulation, enabling dynamic adjustment of refrigeration units and automatic switching of standby equipment. The system has also helped the Guiyang government affairs service center cut annual power consumption by 300,000 kilowatt-hours.

The enterprise owns more than 100 independent intellectual property rights and has delivered over 3,000 energy-saving projects across Guizhou and other regions, achieving an average energy-saving rate of nearly 30 percent.

The company will further integrate cutting-edge technologies — including artificial intelligence, intelligent linked regulation, and digital twins — to develop an all-in-one smart energy-saving management system for diverse buildings such as railway stations, airports, and office buildings.
