Guiyang enterprise explores AIGC content, talent training businesses

Xingyuhe (Guizhou) Technology Co (Xingyuhe), registered in March 2026, was established in Guiyang's Nanming district. Building on Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area's intelligent computing resources, the company has shifted its business model from undertaking customized projects to exporting AI technologies.

The company has produced AI-driven video works such as Luo Xiaoyu and Jiaxiu Tower, while securing AI content orders from various cultural and tourism sectors. By harnessing local computing power to reduce token invocation costs, it can quickly produce finished cultural and tourism IP.

AI talent training is a core focus of the company. It has built a comprehensive training hub that integrates instruction, hands-on practice, and certification, serving professionals and youth. The curriculum covers the entire process of AI-driven video production. Graduates who pass evaluations are eligible for company positions with an average monthly salary ranging from $960 to $1,090, creating a seamless cycle of recruitment, training, and employment. Additionally, Xingyuhe offers free AIGC experience courses for rural children as part of its community outreach efforts.

Xingyuhe has already established partnerships with local film and television institutions and plans to expand its talent training programs while exploring AI content production in areas such as cultural tourism, government affairs, and advertising.
